Ken Myszka from Downs, IL, came back home with a dream and uniquely inspired business plan after his culinary journey around the world. Later that year, Nanam, from Seoul, South Korea, and Stu, from State College, PA, joined the force and Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group began. Three people from around the world with little in common shared the desire to change the world and build a holistic hospitality movement in Central Illinois. After 14 years of dedicated effort and focus on their unique approach as farm-to-table CheFarmers and restauranteurs, they continue to push the cause forward.

With much trial and error, unexpected opportunities, community support, and help from an amazingly talented team, Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group now stewards 75 acres of land, and operates 4 restaurants and a special events business with 7 venues and farm-to-table catering service.

Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group is committed to supporting, growing, and showcasing a thriving local food culture. We serve as an anchor for a network of local food producers by increasing community awareness of locally sourced ingredients, generating interest in Midwestern culinary traditions, and providing a positive model for responsible stewardship of the land that nourishes us.

Epiphany Farms is actively engaged in reconnecting our community to the source of their food. Public speeches and educational workshops are ways we provide our community with a better understanding of food, health, and well-being, while inspiring others to sustainably care for the land. We believe that through connection with individuals and organizations we can effectively move forward toward a shared vision of a regenerative food system.

Welcome to Epiphany Farms.
